QuickBooks-to-Business Central Migration

I need to move our entire QuickBooks Enterprise environment into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and keep the business running smoothly while we do it. The QuickBooks file is large, distribution-focused, and tied to several third-party integrations that can’t break during the transition. Sales and Invoicing drive our day-to-day cash flow, so every customer, invoice, payment, and related report must come across intact—and in the right unit of measure.

Here is what the job involves:

• Map and migrate all core data—customers, vendors, inventory items, open invoices, historical transactions, classes, price levels, and custom fields—into Business Central.
• Translate and understand our unit-of-measurement structure so each product still flows correctly through quotes, orders, shipments, and returns.
• Rigorously test everything, reconcile account balances, and produce a sign-off report that proves data integrity before go-live.

Deliverables are a migration plan, sandbox test conversion, final production cut-over, post-migration reconciliation workbook, and concise user handoff notes. I’ll provide remote access to the Enterprise file, credentials for each external system, and a point person on our side for daily questions.
