Need a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central developer to:

Fix RDLC report syncing issue: I have a carrier label report with a custom layout, but it's not syncing with the data source when a new report layout is created. The existing layout with the same content works fine.
Resolve error: "The Value expression for the image ‘imgLabel’ refers to the field ‘fldLabel’..."
Implement existing RDLC report layouts: I have the layouts ready, need them imported and functioning properly in BC.
Technical details:
