My Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central instance runs well for finance, yet our Supply Chain Management area—especially Warehouse Management—still relies on manual work-arounds. I want a functional consultant who can step in remotely, review the current configuration, and turn warehousing into a smooth, system-driven process.
Key goals
• Analyse the present warehouse setup, posting groups, locations, and bins to spot gaps or mis-configurations.
• Design and implement an improved Warehouse Management configuration that supports directed picks/puts, cross-docking, and real-time inventory visibility.
• Optimise inbound and outbound processes so purchase receipts, picks, and shipments flow without re-keying or spreadsheet work.
• Build role-tailored pages and cues for warehouse staff so they can scan, post, and reconcile on handheld devices.
• Train super-users, document the new flows, and leave me with clear SOPs and a short “troubleshooting checklist.”
I already have licences, test company data, and remote access ready; you bring deep Business Central functional know-how and can demonstrate successful warehouse projects. Please outline your approach, expected effort, and any prerequisites before kickoff.
