Business Central Codeunit / Incoming Documents Upload & Linking

I'm looking for an expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for the development of a codeunit.
The codeunit should allow for uploading of files to incoming documents and association with an existing sales or purchase document. The codeunit has to work in a hosted (MS) environment and expose the functionality for a onprem c# app.
Unit has to be done in AL / Visual Studio Code so the codeunit can be bundled with some other extensions I already did to my BC deployment.
I'm aware that this functionality already exists in some form or another and its propably only a few lines of code but I would like this packaged into a single API call per document type so it's "idiot proof" to use.
