Business Central AL Code Approval Workflow

I'm seeking assistance with coding in AL for Microsoft Business Central.
Need to automatically delegate an approver id to a substitute Id when user is on leave based on either a new Leave Management table or looking at Outlook out of office status
I already have the code written but it is not quite right. Need help with debugging this code.
Key Requirements:
