I need some High Resolution Print Ready PDFs drawn up to scale for the correct dimensions. Graphics largely provided see pics and files

Please see Main mark up of pics , only one panel really needs to be marked up, the others are just one colour or the logo formatted to the correct size (see mark up) . the other little panels are pretty basic.
this needs to be done within 24 hours if possible.
