need an Excel Order

I need additional forms creating from the attached - the information input needs to pull through separate forms (to appear on different tabs) such as a direct debit form/mandate, design instruction, copywriter instruction. . There are drop downs included and populated cells that pull forward our pricing (from our rate card). Can somebody do this?
