Logo & Flyer Design

I need a modern and sleek logo designed for a A4 size flyer, as well as a condensed version to fit a business card. The logo should be a prawn, specifically a Tiger prawn, in red color. The layout of the flyer should have the logo on the left hand side, trading name at the top, and contact details on the right. I would like the trading name to be in Sans-serif fonts, and the color scheme for both the flyer and the business card to be red and black.
