GOAL SETTING- KPI'S

I am looking for a freelancer to assist me in writing Employees' objectives/KPI's and goal-setting for financing company. As I do not have any existing KPI's, I need someone who can help me create them from the JD's that i will provide . The ideal candidate should have experience in goal setting and KPI's for the retail industry. The primary objective of this project is to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance productivity.

Note that i have a job description for each staff, I just need to me more specific on KPI
