Power BI Dashboard & Data Management Implementation
Budget: $14 – $20 NZD
I am looking to understand anticipated costs and reap benefits for implementing Power BI Dashboard and Master Data Management in my 145 employees company. We are starting fresh as we have never implemented any kind of data management system or dashboard in our company.
Key responsibilities:
- Assessing the total cost of implementation
- Forecasting Payback period/ROI/NVP
For the Power BI Dashboard, we aim to track the following metrics:
- Customer data analysis
- Reporting
However, we are yet to decide on the specific data sources we want to integrate into the Power BI Dashboard.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expert knowledge of Power BI and Master Data Management Systems
- Previous experience of implementing these systems in a similar-sized company
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Knowledge of integrating various data sources into Power BI will be a plus
