5 year business plan

I am in the process of starting a restaurant in the food and beverage industry, and I am looking for a freelancer to help create a five year business plan. I have specific goals and objectives in mind for my business, and I am looking for someone that is able to put them down into an effective plan. My timeline for this project is only 1-2 weeks, so the freelancer needs to be able to work quickly and efficiently to get the job done in such a short time. I anticipate daily interaction of 5-15 minutes related to daily progress updates.
