write a business plan for an online antarctic cruise portal to sell antarctic cruises

Need to have a business plan written that can project out the revenue timeline for an online only portal that lists expedition cruise companies products - and has the ability to sell them directly to customers.
I have extensive experience having been the VP of Sales for a major expedition cruise company. I understand the fundamentals of what it takes to negotatiate commission rates with each operator (about 20 of them).
what I need is to put a plan together to build the backend of such a portal - and once built - how to market, drive awareness using predominantly SEO and possibly some paid search.
The plan needs to put a timeline as to what revenue milestones need to be accomplished to be able to hire additional salespeople.
The goal of the business is that this 1 person operation can scale into a mult-million dollar portal with an exit plan to sell the business in 5 to 10 years.
