I am looking to kick-start a channel partner business in the retail industry. My main goal for this is to expand my customer base as much as possible and with that in mind I am expecting the channel partner to have a full engagement in the venture. It is important for the partner to be heavily involved and focused on helping me to achieve my goal. I am confident that with the right strategy in place for the channel partner business, I will be able to significantly expand my customer base and improve the success of my business.
