researching and starting a small business (an airbnb/retreat center), getting a loan to buy a house in order to start a business

I've already owned and operated my own airbnb in the past, so I don't need help with that. What I'm looking for help with is to first research what kinds of loans are available and that I would qualify for to purchase a house (I have a specific one in mind now) that I can use for an airbnb and a retreat center. I don't qualify to buy a house on my own, but I'm thinking that since it would be for the purpose of starting a business there may be other ways to do it, such as getting an sba loan. After determining what I qualify for and how to do it, I may also want someone to help me through the process of applying for the loan and whatever else starting the business entails. I'm open to people who just want to do the research and advise me on getting it started as well as those who would want to continue working with me to actually start and run the business. The budget is open and negotiable depending on how much you get done, how much is involved, how long we decide to work together, etc.
