i need valuation of a company I am buying

I am in the process of buying a company and I'm looking for assistance in evaluating the current valuation. I already have a fairly good idea of what the value of the company is, but I need an experienced professional to provide an informal assessment and confirm the validity of my estimates. I've already started the due diligence process so I don't need help getting started. Basically, I just need another person to assess the current value of the company and provide their opinion on it.
