I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a discounted cash flow excel file for the purpose of analyzing a real estate transaction. The excel file should be able to accurately calculate the valuation of the business and provide financial forecasting and investment analysis.
Key Requirements:
- The excel file needs to be scalable for more than 10 periods.
- The model should incorporate growth rates as a specific variable.
