I need a ServiceNow Business Analyst
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
You will be working with clients to discern their ITSM needs in the context of ServiceNow. You will articulate the information you received from the client into software design specifications.
You will interface with a software development team that will use your software design specifications to develop the solution required by the client. You will also hold small training sessions to show operators the correct way to utilize the ServiceNow software. You will work from home a majority of the time but there will be some business travel required.
