medical billing management

We are looking for assistance in managing our medical billing procedures. We currently have a specific medical billing software in place, and we need help auditing the process, improving it. Specifically, we require help with both patient billing and insurance claims. We are open to suggestions on which processes to streamline or ways to improve existing procedures, as well as any insight on implementing new ones.
