this is like an idea and small project
there is no grade it or something like that
The idea of the project is "an agent for a car company that provides cars according to the desire and specifications requested by the customer"
First I need for the project
1) Identify one problem from one of the approved industries and prepare a solution (i.e. product or service) for that problem.
2) Interview at least 5 potential customers to get their job, pains, and gains. (No need to interview you can just imagine that and write something)
3) Complete the Value Proposition Canvas. (see attachments)
4) Complete the Business Model Canvas. (see attachments)
5) Create an MVP. (I have some websites to help you)
6) Interview 5 more potential customers asking them for feedback on your MVP. (Same step 2 No need to interview you can just imagine that and write something)
7) Make changes to your MVP based on customer feedback from the interviews.
I will give you a complete example of another idea in the attachment to emulate it
Second I need a report for the same project:
I will give you the rubric and template in the attachment
In the report, My requirement is that you have at least two references and follow the Harvard style. One reference should be for a source you used (i.e. a website, etc.) for learning more about the industry you chose. The second reference should be for the interviews you did.
