exit interview analysis

I have 2 excel sheets - one file has exit interview responses from all my leaving employees and another one is a leavers master.I need to plot the reasons in the leavers master from the exit interview responses sheet.One report which will give me exit reasons employee wise.recomemndations if possible in another report .
The successful candidate will be conducting a thorough and comprehensive analysis to identify patterns and trends in the quantitative and qualitative data that will be provided. This will provide benchmarking for future hiring, onboarding and development efforts. The end goal of the analysis will be to gain actionable insights into the necessary steps to improve the overall retention strategies. A thorough and detailed report with recommendations will be compiled from the analysis.
