custom compensation plan - we need an expert!!!

I'm in need of a comprehensive compensation plan to enhance the appeal of our legal department to top talent.

The goal of this plan is threefold:
- Attracting high-caliber lawyers to our team
- Ensuring that they stay with us for the long-term
- Encouraging exceptional performance

Key components of the plan:
- **Base Salary:** this will be competitive and reflective of industry standards
- **Bonuses:** These will be tied to individual performance targets, thus encouraging high performance from each member of the team

- Proven experience in designing compensation plans, ideally within the legal sector
- A deep understanding of the factors that attract and retain high-quality legal professionals
- A track record in creating innovative reward systems which drive performance
