create report from our market research results

I need help creating a report based on the qualitative data from our market research. We have 150 qualitative responses from school cooks in the UK. The report is intended to guide decision-making within the company, and will focus on presenting the findings to stakeholders. I don't have a structure for the report so I need an experienced freelancer who can create one that works best for the data and my decision-making needs. The ideal candidate will have experience creating reports, be matter-of-fact and clear in their writing, able to take charge of the project, and be able to deliver the report quickly.
