Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
• Business Overview: Make sure you make reference to all areas of your business plan in the overview it should be a snapshot of what’s inside your business plan. It should be no more than 1 page.
• Market Research and Analysis – Conduct at least 2-3 types of market research and discuss why they are relevant to your business. Has your market research made you change your original ideas on your product/service or customer?
• Marketing Plan – Complete the marketing plan on pages 2-3 of your lesson booklet for your chosen business and list 3 ways you would market your business based on your plan.
3. Complete a SWOT Analysis for your chosen business and explain how you will manage any issues. This should be a minimum of 3 points per segment.
