E-commerce Feasibility study on an up running e-store

I need a comprehensive study that clarifies any financial implications resulting from closing my (electronic e-commerce store) in its current state, I need to decide whether to close it and work on the new strategy(B2B market place), or whether we will continue until the new B2B market place start operating.

The study must become comprehensive in P&L, impact cases, misappropriations, impacts on LMD, operating costs and optimization with IT….etc.
