I am looking for a freelancer to create a startup business plan with the goal of attracting investors. I need this business plan completed within 1-2 weeks. The company currently offers technology infrastucture managed services to colleges and universities. We provide a notebook computer with our school software installed on it. The software has assignment, examination, result, tuition fee payment/receipt, attendance, e-library module with a central adninistration portal that can be accessed by the school administrator. We charge between 2,000NGN - 5,000NGN monthly per student (depending on the features the school subscribed for).
