I am in need of a business plan to guide the operations of my business in the healthcare industry. I need an experienced professional to help create this document. It must cover all the necessary information – from about the company and mission, to market landscape and competitive analysis, to detailed financial projections and recommendations. Financial projections should be created thoughtfully and should be able to accommodate different scenarios. The plan should be able to provide a strategic roadmap which can guide our business operations and growth over the coming years. Lastly, I am unsure as to how detailed the financial projections need to be and would need the freelancer to advise on this.
