I am UK based and I'm looking for a freelancer to create a business plan to help me meet my financial goals, potential government funding and to attract investors. Specifically, this plan should focus on budgeting, financial projections also the innovation side of the business as this is what will attract the investment from government I need a plan that will allow me to to tick all of these boxes. The desired business model is a manufacturer and distributor - brick and mortar setup, and the plan should include startup information and key metrics.
