business appraisal/valuation

I am in need of a business appraisal/valuation for a small, locally owned business that is part of a divorce proceeding. I have financial statements and other relevant documents available that can be used for the valuation. The purpose of the appraisal is to provide vital information for a buyout decision. The appraisal should meet all applicable industry and legal standards. Experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. The business is in Massachusetts, so I'm looking for someone preferably in Eastern Massachusetts who can provide a written valuation which can be provided to legal counsel and (eventually) to a Judge.
