The project is a two-part Business Analysis assignment.
Process Modelling (MediPoint): Develop an "as-is" BPMN model for pharmacy prescription fulfilment, including exceptions and organizational lanes, supported by at least two DMN models for complex decisions (DUR and Insurance Coverage).
Process Mining (Direct Payments): Conduct a Celonis analysis of the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund's direct payments data across two regions (A/B), focusing on control-flow, performance, handovers, and the impact of "undesired outcomes" .
Both tasks require high-quality diagrams and concise, justified complementary descriptions. Task needs to be done in max 7-10 days
