I'm looking for a Zoho One consultant with a strong background in sales tracking and KPIs. The project involves configuring the platform so I can effectively monitor various metrics related to my business.
Key areas of focus:
- Sales tracking and KPIs: This is my primary need. I want to be able to track and analyze all relevant sales data.
- Financial data: I need to monitor revenue and expenses, identifying trends and patterns that can inform my business strategy.
- Call center metrics: If possible, I would also like to track call center performance.
- Employee performance: I want to assess employee performance and close rates to identify areas for improvement and potential training needs.
