Workflow Enhancement Business Analyst

I am looking for an on-site business analyst proficient in workflow systems.
We have a poultry farm where we gather and grade eggs there is about 25 Personal on site who are tasked with making feed, taking care of the chickens, packing eggs, maintaining equipment, loading trucks, etc.
The resource will be tasked with:
- Reviewing current workflow systems, focusing primarily on efficiency and their integration with other systems within the establishment.
- Gathering requirements for modifications and hitch-free functioning.
- Conducting interviews with relevant staff to understand their interactions with these systems.
- Analyzing data collected from these processes with a view to formulate actionable solutions.
The ideal candidate should be able to expertly navigate the process of streamlining the workflow and optimizing resource allocation. The expectation is to not only enhance efficiency but also to greatly reduce manual intervention. A strong background in conducting business requirement analyses and redesigning system workflows to improve overall efficiency is certainly a plus.
