Role Overview:
As a Web3 Community Manager, you will be the voice and bridge between our project and the community. Your role will involve fostering engagement, moderating discussions, creating compelling content, and developing strategies to enhance community participation. You should be deeply immersed in blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 culture, with the ability to drive organic growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, grow, and manage a vibrant Web3 community across Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), and other social platforms.
Develop and execute community engagement strategies, including AMAs, giveaways, and content creation.
Moderate and facilitate discussions, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align community activities with project goals.
Gather community feedback, provide insights to the team, and advocate for user needs.
Monitor Web3 trends and competitor communities to implement best practices.
Manage partnerships with influencers and community leaders to drive growth.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or marketing within the Web3 space.
Strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, DAOs, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of growing and managing online communities.
Ability to create engaging content and interact with community members.
Experience with analytics tools to measure engagement and success.
Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with governance and DAO communities.
Familiarity with on-chain analytics and engagement tools.
Multilingual skills (English + another language is a plus).
