Want to start a eyelash and lipgloss business, need a business plan

Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to help me create an effective business plan for an eyelash and lipgloss business. I know exactly what I need to put together my business, and have already done some initial market research and identified my target market and desired sales channel.

For market research, I have already answered "Yes" – I am confident my idea is viable and will be successful. My target market for the business is local/regional, and the sales channel I would like to use is online and in person.
