Virtual Laundromat Manager Needed

I'm seeking an experienced virtual manager for my laundromat. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities crucial for the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mostly processing orders for wash and fold deliveries - notifying customers when their orders are done, troubleshooting issues, making sure customers are happy
- Inventory Management: Overseeing supplies and reordering as necessary.
- Staff Coordination: Scheduling, overseeing, and communicating with staff.
- Social Media: Improving marketing listing content for laundromat
Communication: All interactions with the laundromat staff will be conducted via text
Financial Tasks: The virtual manager will also be responsible for handling some financial tasks, primarily billing and payroll.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior experience in management, particularly in a retail or service industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
