Virtual Assistant & Strategy Mentor

Job ID: 39851611

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

I’m looking for a versatile professional who can wear two hats at once: an organised virtual personal assistant and a thoughtful mentor with a psychology-informed approach to business strategy.

Day-to-day you’ll keep my calendar running smoothly, book meetings across time zones, and surface any clashes or priorities before they become problems. I’ll also lean on you for focused research and data analysis—market trends, competitor snapshots, customer insights—so I can act on clear, concise briefs rather than raw information.

Beyond the admin, I need a weekly video session where you step into mentor mode. We’ll drill into business-strategy questions, refining plans, pressure-testing ideas, and addressing any mindset hurdles that could slow execution. A background in psychology or coaching is important because I value guidance that balances hard metrics with human factors.

Key deliverables
• An always-up-to-date calendar with reminders and flagged conflicts
• Short research memos or slide decks summarising findings and recommendations
• A 60-minute strategy session every week, followed by a written action summary

We’ll collaborate through Google Workspace, Zoom and whichever PM tool you prefer (Trello, Asana, ClickUp—open to suggestion). If you’re proactive, comfortable challenging assumptions, and able to blend practical assistance with strategic insight, let’s talk.
