### Title: Market Research Analyst Needed – Housing & Neighborhood Data for Roofing Contractor Lead Generation

**Description:**
We are seeking an experienced market research analyst to gather and analyze housing and neighborhood data in specific U.S. zip codes. The goal is to identify the best neighborhoods for generating leads for a residential roofing/home services contractor.

**Scope of Work:**
You will be responsible for researching and providing a detailed report that includes the following data points for each neighborhood within the specified zip codes:

* Number of single-family homes
* Average age of homes
* Percentage of owner-occupied housing vs. rentals
* Median household income
* High-level neighborhood comparison/analysis

The analysis should highlight which neighborhoods present the most promising opportunities for lead generation based on the above factors.

**Deliverables:**

* A spreadsheet/database with raw data organized by neighborhood and zip code
* A summary report with key insights and recommendations for targeting the most valuable neighborhoods

**Requirements:**
