Veeva MedComms & MedInquiry Guide
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
This project centers on an intermediate, live walk-through of Veeva Vault MedComms and MedInquiry delivered inside a working SBX environment you have access to since I do not have access to any Veeva SBX environment. My goal is to understand the daily, hands-on activities involved with:
• Building and maintaining content—creating new documents, versioning, approving, and retiring them.
• Configuring user permissions and roles so access, lifecycle states, and workflows reflect real-world medical affairs needs.
I do not have supporting manuals or SOPs, so every explanatory slide, checklist, or quick-reference you can share will be essential. A recording of the session and any sandbox artefacts created during our time together will serve as my take-away material.
Acceptance is simple: by the end of our session I must be able to create a sample document from scratch, route it through the appropriate workflow, and adjust a user role without supervision.
Sessions will be held remotely, preferably over Zoom or Teams, and scheduled to align with GMT-5 business hours. Please confirm SBX access in your opening message so we can move straight to arranging dates.
