Value add real estate excel model

I'm looking for someone to help me review and audit my existing value add real estate excel model. This model needs to be able to perform cash flow analysis, waterfall analysis, sources and uses, ROI analysis and sensitivity analysis. Not only is the accuracy of the data important, I have specific requirements for the layout and design of the model, and I require it to be in XLS format. The freelancer should have experience with financial models and real estate investment analyses. If you have a portfolio of previous projects that are related, please include them in your proposal. If successful, I will also consider hiring the freelancer for ongoing work.
