Urgent Startup Model Revamp
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need a sharp financial modeller to jump into my existing startup spreadsheet and turn around a polished update quickly—first clean-up draft by this Saturday, final version ready for review on Monday.
Scope of work
• Refresh the revenue projections so they reflect our latest traction metrics and revised go-to-market timeline.
• Rework the operating-expense and capex forecasts, weaving in both the numbers I already track and several new cost buckets we expect to add next quarter.
• Tighten the monthly and quarterly cash-flow analysis, making sure runway and burn-rate visuals are crystal-clear for potential investors.
Data & Assumptions
You’ll work with a mix of existing sheets (actuals through last month, pipeline data, historical CAC/LTV) and new assumptions I’ll supply in a separate brief. Where gaps exist, flag them and suggest defensible benchmarks.
Deliverables
1. Updated, well-labeled Excel (or Google Sheets) model with dynamic drivers and clearly separated input vs. output tabs.
2. Short commentary sheet outlining key changes, new assumptions, and any sensitivities you recommend I monitor.
3. Version control notes so it’s easy for me to trace edits after hand-off.
Acceptance criteria
• Formulas error-free (no #REF or circulars).
• All hard-codes isolated in the assumptions tab.
• Cash position, runway, and EBITDA reconcile across statements.
• File delivered by the stated deadlines.
If you’re comfortable working under a tight timeline and have a track record in startup finance, let’s get started right away.
