Trademark Confusion Assessment

Job ID: 39305507

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I'm seeking a professional to conduct a trademark survey aimed at identifying potential brand confusion with local medium and large businesses.

I own 4 trademarks and I'm looking for a Marketing Research Specialist to design and execute a consumer survey examining potential confusion between our “Renu” brand and the other “Renew” brand. The insights gathered will support our ongoing evaluation of brand differentiation, consumer perception, and potential infringement concerns.

This role requires a balance of technical market research expertise and an understanding of how consumer perceptions can impact potential trademark conflicts. The successful candidate will provide credible, data-driven insights that will help us assess whether our “Renu” brand is at risk of being confused with “Renew” and inform our strategic response.

Essentially, I want to create an evaluation where participants review two marks and their associated service categories to determine whether they find them confusing based on appearance, sound, and other factors. I'm seeking expert guidance on the most effective strategies to conduct this assessment.

Key Tasks:
- Design and implement comprehensive online surveys.
- Organize and oversee focus group sessions.
- Analyze the collected data and present findings.
