Time Reduction Assessment

I am a small business advisor who works with clients in a specific niche to help them generate additional revenue and reduce the amount of time they spend laboring in their business. I have identified a number of Key Areas that I'd like to utilize to help business owners assess how much time they waste in their business and then work with them to develop a strategy to reduce the time they spend in their business. To that end, I'd like to create an Time Reduction Assessment to spit out a roadmap (strategy) for them to reduce the amount of time they are required to work in their business.
