The studio

I am looking for a freelancer to create a business plan that includes detailed description of the business including marketing strategy, feasibility study, organizational development (HR structure) manning requirements and job descriptions. This is for a small business. A fitness studio that will have a reception, workout studio (boxing and benches) that holds maximum 20 guests. It will include shower and locker area as well.
