Technology Partnership Opportunity Research Needed

I’m looking to expand through strategic partnership opportunities in the technology sector. I need a thorough yet concise market scan that pinpoints companies or startups whose products, culture, and growth goals align with mine.
Scope of work
• Compile a long-list of at least 25 potential partners across software, hardware, SaaS, or emerging tech.
• Apply clear vetting criteria—complementary capabilities, market reach, cultural fit, and estimated ease of collaboration—to narrow that to a ranked short-list of 10–15 high-potential targets.
• Gather key data for each short-listed company: core offerings, recent funding rounds, leadership contacts, and any publicly stated partnership initiatives.
• Provide a brief opportunity analysis and recommended next-step approach (intro email angle, mutual value, suggested collaboration model).
Deliverables
1. Spreadsheet with long-list and vetting columns.
2. Slide deck or concise report summarising the short-list and your strategic rationale.
3. Draft outreach template tailored to the top three targets.
I’ll be available for quick clarifications during the project and will review progress halfway so we can adjust focus if valuable leads surface.
