Technical Business Analyst & Scrum Master for Fintech Software Project

We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our fintech software project as a Technical Business Analyst and Scrum Master. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can seamlessly bridge the gap between technical requirements and project management, taking ownership of documentation and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, gathering and documenting technical requirements.
Own the end-to-end documentation process, ensuring clarity and completeness in specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.
Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, serving as the Scrum Master to ensure effective team collaboration and sprint planning.
Work closely with the product owner and development team to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
Drive continuous improvement within the team by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in fintech or related industries.
Strong understanding of software development processes, with a background in documenting technical requirements and specifications.
Certified Scrum Master with a demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
Ability to take ownership of documentation processes and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4+ experience in a combined role of Technical Business Analyst and Scrum Master.
Familiarity with fintech concepts, financial systems, and API integrations.
