Team Productivity Tracker in Excel

I'm seeking to develop a Power BI performance tracking report, currently Excel based with manual input. The goal of this report will be to track the productivity of my team in a clear and informative way.
Key Tasks:
- Develop a Power BI-based report capable of tracking team sales and productivity
- Incorporate tables, charts and graphs to provide a visual representation of data
- Access to ERP system data will be required
