TAFE Business Course Guidance in Sydney

I need assistance in enrolling and navigating a basic business course at a TAFE level in Sydney.
Details:
- The purpose of the course is to meet my Centrelink obligations while gaining skills to create a business.
- I require precise, step-by-step instructions on how to study, complete the necessary paperwork, secure financing, and hire staff.
- I've previously sought help from Centrelink without receiving accurate advice, so I need someone knowledgeable to guide me.
Ideal Skills:
- Familiarity with Australian TAFE courses and Centrelink requirements.
- Experience in business coaching or consultancy.
- Excellent communication skills, able to provide clear, simple instructions.
- Patience and understanding towards a novice in the business field.
At the moment, I am unable to pay by the hour, however, in the future, I am more than happy to do so.
