We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Management Consultant to join our team for a contract based position. The successful candidate will work with Dacoco to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. As a Strategy Management Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, providing actionable recommendations, and delivering high-impact solutions that meet Dacoco's needs.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analyses of Dacoco to identify areas of improvement, assess market opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability
Develop and implement strategic plans, including creating performance metrics and tracking progress against objectives
Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate potential strategic opportunities, investments, and acquisitions
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with strategic initiatives
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise
Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to communicate strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a top tier consulting agency, with a track record of delivering high-quality work to clients
Experience in multi-channel campaign development and management, including research, planning, and execution for a
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, including experience developing financial models and business cases
Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
International mindset, with experience working across global markets and diverse teams
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and business development, with experience creating and implementing strategic plans for companies
Able to use data to build stories and justify proposed strategies
Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
Core Skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns/projects at once
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; comfort and skill communicating with more senior stakeholders and many different job families
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, strong initiative and can-do attitude
Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
