Freelance Consultant – Strategy Dashboard & KPI Framework (Short-Term Project)
We are seeking an experienced freelancer with a background in strategy, performance management, or consulting to support two structured deliverables related to strategic implementation tracking and KPI architecture.
This project requires strong analytical thinking, structured presentation skills, and familiarity with governance frameworks used in international organizations, public sector strategy units, or consulting firms.
Task 1 – Strategic Initiatives Dashboard (Presentation)
The first deliverable involves developing a professional leadership-level presentation that organizes a portfolio of strategic initiatives into a clear governance and tracking structure.
The freelancer will be expected to:
• Structure initiatives within a strategic framework
• Organize initiatives based on implementation timelines
• Develop a clear progress-tracking approach
• Separate procurement progress from implementation progress
• Ensure the presentation is visually clear and suitable for leadership review
• Design a clean dashboard-style overview summarizing initiative progress and ownership
The final output should resemble consulting-style strategic dashboards used in leadership briefings.
Task 2 – KPI Architecture for Monitoring & Evaluation
The second deliverable involves developing a small set of strategic KPIs to support a Monitoring & Evaluation function.
The freelancer will:
• Review internal documentation and comments
• Align KPIs with strategic objectives and departmental responsibilities
• Demonstrate clear vertical integration between strategy, initiatives, KPIs, and outcomes
• Apply international best practices in monitoring and evaluation
• Ensure KPIs are realistic for a newly established M&E structure
