Strategy Analysis for University Student Services

I am working on a postgraduate project with my team. I have been assigned to complete the first stage of making a strategy for my university; this stage includes strategy analysis.

The focus of my analysis will be on Student Services, specifically Counseling Services. I have all the data with me but I need a professional who can assist me with the analysis and help me formulate a strategy based on that.
