Strategic review of imperial land and new imperial land

Imperial land and new imperial land are land holding companies developing and selling parcels near the Pittsburgh international airport. There has not been a strategic review of the companies for over ten years. The company's annual meeting is coming up in June, and we will be onboarding a new director. This would be a request of a shareholder to ask for a swot analysis and review of how the company is operating at its goals for the next ten years
